Description
The road over this beautiful 14 km long pass, on which you hardly meet anyone, branches off in the village Baulmes and climbs partly with up to 18 % gradient in the forest up to the pass height. The road becomes narrower but is asphalted throughout. You won't find a pass sign that marks the pass summit of the road at 1293 m above sea level. If you want to go up to the marked pass summit, then turn right (leave the main road) at the turnoff and drive up the steep little road approx. 300 m to the pass summit of 1320 meters. (see the other version of the climb).
