Description
The Aravis Pass, climbed from Flumet on the southeast slope, has a profile of 11.5 km to 5.2%. However, if the first 15 hectometers climb, there are some flat spots and even a small descent over the next 3 km. It is only from La Giettaz, whose crossing is quite steep, that the road climbs more regularly on percentages frequently between 6 and 8% and in pins.
