Description
The plateau of Les Glières, reached via the climb of Thorens-Glières, was beforehand the finish of the last stage of the Tour de l'Avenir 2013. Julian Alaphilippe took the lead in the break.
In the immediate vicinity of the pass, the National Monument to the Resistance on the Glières Plateau has been built.
