Description
The road leads you from the town of Monschau to the German enclave of Mützenich (as you briefly cross the Vennbahn on Belgian territory), which was known as a smugglers' village after World War II. At the end of the climb you come across the Schmuggler-Denkmal on a traffic island and a few hundred metres further on you are back in Belgium. The road is well paved.
