Departing from Guebwiller, cycle for 8km, which is a good warm-up before arriving at the foot of the demanding ascent of la Glashütte. Once you have passed Rimbach-Zell, the serious work can begin. For more than 1km, you will face slopes of more than 10% incline. A light sloping ledge of less than 1km will give you a chance to catch your breath, before taking on the final part of the route. 2.3km with an incline of over 10%, often reaching surpassing 15%.
