Description
In the 14th stage of the Giro d’Italia 2013, the race organizers have announced that the climb to Sestriere has been cut from the route due to bad weather.
As a result of the Corona problems and the more stringent measures adopted as a result, the Giro 2020 was not allowed to cross French territory at stage 20.
As a result, the passage over the Agnello, Izoard and Montgenèvre has been replaced by a triple climb to the ski village of Sestriere.
