Description
Epic mixed-surface climb (first few kilometres tarmac, then gravel) from Upega to Passo Tanarello. The first part from Upega to the Via del Sale gateway is the toughest before it mellows and finally becomes a little steeper again on the hairpins to Passo del Tanarello. The amazing views in particular on the last part are worth are more than worth the sewat and the tears on the first bit.
