Descrizione
The Capo Cervo is a hill on the Italian coast of the Ligurian Sea, known as the fourth climb in the classic Primavera or Milan-San Remo, about 45 km before arrival. The hill plays a role in the final of the cycling race, as second of the Tre Capi. The Capo Cervo follows the Capo Mele and is followed by the Capo Berta.
In 2020, at the 'restart' of the season, some mayors of the Province of Savona were opposed to the arrival of the bunch in their municipality, which drastically changed the route. As a result, the famous climbs such as the Turchino and three Capi were removed from the course. The climbs of the Niella Belbo and the Colle di Nava were added to the course as replacements.
