Beschrijving
The Alsemberg was given its name as a slope by the organizers of Red Sportive, the club behind the De Brabantse Pijl - La Fleche Brabanconne and the autumn classic Paris-Brussels. However, it is actually the Pastoor Bolsstraat or, in popular speech, the Kerkenberg, because the slope revolves around the ducal church of the municipality of Alsemberg. Until a few years ago the arrival of 2 semi-classics, Parijs-Brussel and the Brabantse Pijl, lay on top of this climb.
