Descripción
The Mur de Huy is a path of chapels that sees cycling pilgrims are struggling to lose their minds.
It is also known as le Chemin des Chapelles (English: The Path of the Chapels) because of the seven chapels along its route. The Mur de Huy was first included in the programme of the Flèche Wallonne in 1982, but it is not yet used as a finish. It was not until the 1985 edition that the race ended at the top of the wall. That year, victory went to Claude Criquielion, who since 2015 has had a memorial stone in his honour at the point where the slope exceeds 20%. It also served as the finish for the second stage of the 2015 Tour de France.
