Descripción

The Sibbergrubbe is a classic climb of the Amstel Gold Race. The first part is not very hard but when you reach Sibbe the slope is getting harder, when you are between the houses it's almost done but still 3 to 4% so not really easy.

This was the climb where Eddy Merckx launched his attack for his first victory in 1973. At the bottom of the Sibbergrubbe, former professional cyclist Marc Lotz has lived for 20 years. He knows the Limburg climb better than anyone. The Sibbergrubbe is also known from the Amstel Gold Race.
